Do I have to report my payroll for workers compensation if the 1st 2 quarters were under a different business?

If it was bascially the same business with merely a different dba name, I would say, yes.; however, if it was truly a different business with different ownership as well as name, I don't see how it could now be your responsibility to report this information. |
