Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Washington

appeal unemployment

started a unemployment claim, 11/16/08, have not received any benefits, and they have made a decision, now. I am on probation in washington state, courts are allowing me to come to virginia, for 45 days, to locate a job so i can move here, when i find a job, looking for work in virginia. unemployment answered to this. since you have not shown that you are making a concerted effort to find work in your local labor market and you are not immediately available to accept work in virginia, you are not able and available for work. would i be able to appeal this and win
