Legal Question in Business Law in Washington

I was the owner of a company that was closed down. Is it possible for a vendor that the company owed money to to sue me personally? It was an SCorp.

The answer depends upon whether you properly used the protection offered by corporation laws. Was the sales contract in the company name? Did you personally guarantee payment?
