Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Washington

We turned in our motor home voluntarily. They will of course sell it and sue us for the difference owing. Can they go in and take money out of our checking account?

I would need to see your purchase contract to be certain, but usually if there is a deficiency (amount owed over what it sells for) then they would seek a judgment and enforce that judgment against all non-exempt assets. You may want to have a business attorney review the situation and perhaps negotiate a write-off over the amount of sale price.
