Re: son accused of rape 3

I am sorry to hear about the terrible time the girl and her mother are giving you and your son. It is very difficult to give an assessment of the likelihood of conviction. What statements did your son make to the police? Is there corroborating evidence of intercourse (DNA)? What "good fruit" did your lawyer turn up? Can he establish that the girl lies or gets confused about important facts? Does the girl seem like she isn't telling the truth? How does your son testify. Does he seem clear and believable. The best one to give you the odds is the lawyer you hired. If you would like to consult with me about the case please contact me directly.
