Legal Question in DUI Law in Washington

Deferred prosecution revoked for a DUI

I was on deferred prosecution for a DUI (did not injure anyone in the process of getting the DUI). I was 2-months shy of finishing the entire program when the judge revoked the deferred. Also completed 1-year of ignition interlock (without problems) . If I don't show up for court for sentencing, is there a statute of limitations for sentencing? Also, if I move cities (still within Washington state- 300 miles away) and I turned myself in for the warrant, would I be shipped back to do the jail time or could I do it there?

Re: Deferred prosecution revoked for a DUI

There is no statute because the warrant coul dbe renewed fo ra long time. You might be able to do your time but you woul dhave to come back to the original court and then request to do time in your new jurisdiction.
