why is cps still in operation in washington state
our daughter adopted a 13 month old childraised him until he was 7 years old then brought him to us we hadd him for three years. the state was paying her $250.00 a month and full medical.then the state called us and wanted us to file
for third party custody we did.in court the judge gave him back to he
her. we had him in school they her aand heer ex took him out of schoolwhy were they allowed to do that? this was all the states idea for
us to file for custody.

There is insufficient information to answer your question; I don't know what the judge actually ordered, and I don't know what facts the judge found, and I don't know what the reason was for the child was taken out of school.
