Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

My mother had her parental rights terminated when i was a minor and now i have a child on the way, does she have any legal rights as a grandparent since she is not legally my mother?? i am concerned that she may interfere

The short answer is that she has no legal rights, and in fact would have no legal rights even if there had not been a termination.

She would therefore have the same ability as any busybody neighbor or acquaintance to report you to the CPS. I take it you still have a relationship with her and that you do not trust her. So if you do not trust her, do not involve her in your life or that of your children. She has only the authority in your life as you allow her.
