Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Washington

10 years Misdiagnosis

Synopsis is this: growth on cervix and ''birth canal'' noticed during child birth. Was told repeatedly that it was ''nothing to worry about'' and ''completely normal''. Every year for last 10 years I have had PAP's and every year I have asked about this. They have tried to remove it with a laser once, but it immediately came back and has never spread to other areas. Two months ago I had enough and went to see a specialist to see if it really was ''nothing'' after doubting PacMed's expertise due to other issues. I was then told by a new doctor that it is Stage IV pre-cancer - the worst there is. I was also told that I would not be losing the large amount of tissue that I am if it had been caught and removed years earlier.

Re: 10 years Misdiagnosis

Hi

Sorry to hear about your issue.

I am sure you are curious about what rights you have and whether you have a case, and if so, what it is worth.

This analysis is very time involved. It requires a review of your medical records and evaluation by an oncologist, pathologist and other medical experts.

Lawyers who handle cases like yours do so on a contingency fee.

If you would like to speak to me about it, feel free to email me directly [email protected]
