Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Washington

Improper treatment?

I had an abcessed tooth removed by a dentist, was not given antibiotics to treat infection. One week later developd an empyema in the plural cavity,( infection of plural cavity ) surgeon said was probably caued by tooth abcess. Any suggestions?

You may have a case but the question is whether it's cost effective to proceed as medical-dental negligence cases are expensive. Often the costs will eat up any case unless the value exceeds well over $150,000.
