Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Washington

Second Opinion

I have consulted with an attorney but have not hired one yet. My question is would it be insulting to get a second opinion? The attorney I have consulted with has worked on the preliminary steps seeing whether or not the standard of care has been breeched. And yes it has I do qualify for a malpractice case. I am looking for an attorney to represent me to the fullest of compensation. As a result of the malpractice I did not loose my life thank goodness, but have went through extreme pain and suffering for months with my husband, children, and MYSELF and among other things. Please advise. Thank You

Re: Second Opinion

I don't know what your case is about or whether the other attorney is giving you good advice or not.

If you wish to discuss this with me, informally, so I can give you some feedback, feel free to call me at 1 800 282-4878.
