Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

when I was 17 I had a major injuy to my left foot, this injury happened on the job. Being a minor I did not realize that when I recovered from injury I was due some type of settlement and was never told of such a thing from any representative of L&I. Is it to late to do anything about it?

Well, first off, you don't mention how old you are NOW. But, there are many more details a lawyer would need to ask you to find out if it's too late or not, or what your chances are of still making an additional recovery of money. It's also possible some third party might have liability. Most lawyers who handle WA L&I claims will at least talk to you for free, and I suggest you at least pursue it that far. You MIGHT be able to get info from L&I, but I'd START with any good worker-oriented L&I lawyer in your area.

Good luck to you.
