Pet Law Question
My cat got caught in the engine of my neighbor's car and was killed. Is there anything I can do legally ? This has devasted my children.

no good news regarding the cat
nothing will bring back the cat nor make the kids feel better. bad things happen so unless your neighbor did it intentionally or was negligent it does not look like there is anything to do. Are they asking you to pay for any damage to their car? You could be liable for an engine cleaning.
