Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

Sueing for damages (personal)

I was hit by a car 1/12 yrs ago and my lawyers sued the insurance co. but not the driver beacause they thought he would be in jail for a very long time he got out in 6 mth now has a job as an executive in his daddys firm. I on the other hand can never do what I'm trained for (Hairdresser) as well as have alot of pain and memory loss.I am only 27 and I have to take more meds than some older people I know. Non of my internal organs work without the meds.also aquired 3 bleeding alsers. I have suffered alot and now I would like to go back and sue this guy for personal and mental trama. What is the limit on sueing in this case? Theres alot more to the story but not enough room. All I know is I'll never work again and I have a 6 yr old son and its very hard. And he got off way too easy!! Do I have a case? and if I do how long do I have before it's to late? Could you possibly reccommend a good lawyer in Oly, WA? This has ruined my life and he should PAY!!! He also 2mth after me hit another pedestrian. Because his daddy is rich it seems like he has gotten away with alot. He does have a record a mile long. Thank you for your time. I hope to here from you on this matter. I can just not do anything any more. Please help me.

Olympia car accident

Your situation is somewhat unclear to me, especially how you could sue the insurance company and not the driver himself.

The time to sue in WA is three years, but you may be foreclosed from suing if you didn't sue him in the prior suit.

Call me at my office. I would need to have these questions answered. We could then set up an appointment if you still have a case.
