Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Washington

How can I get the deed in my name?

I offered to help my step-son and his wife purchase a bigger home . They live in Washington and I live in Oregon. To save time I had my bank do a wire transfer for the purchase price and the deed was made out to the daughter- in-law.She has since decided not to make any payments on the house.Basically telling me, screw you.Do I have any recourse? She cannot show one payment ever made to me.

Your only recourse is to sue her for the entire amount of the wire transfer here in Washington. You can have an attorney send a threatening letter that carries the message that your step-son and his wife can either pay or get sued by you. What county is the property in? How much is involved here from a monetary standpoint? Please advise.
