Legal Question in Family Law in West Virginia

help with a case involving divorce with an adopted child

My X wife had a child from an aggrivated sexual assault. When we married I adopted who is now my daughter. After 4 years of marriage we divorced. Now she is constantly taking me back to court for more money. Presently I am paying $900 a month. She has alienated me from my child, moved to Chicago, and has admitted in front of her that she wishes I never adopted her, but yet still seems more support. I am looking for case law/history that shows how someone who has adopted and become alienated lowered or removed their rights to the child thereby ending the requirement for support.

Thanks for the help.
