Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

I am being charged with delivery of THC (under 200 G) and possession of THC. The first is a felony, the second a misdemeanor. I also worked with the police and helped them out on some stuff. Do you think I need an attorney to help me with my pretrial? Or do you think the DA will notice that I was compliant and helped them and possibly drop a the felony?

You should have an attorney. Even if you helped out the police, the DA's job is still to prosecute you, not to be your attorney. You should not count on the DA to protect your interests in a criminal case, particularly a in a felony.
