Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Guardianship for 18 year old disabled son

ExWife wants to have full guardianship for son who turns 18 this month. He lived with her for the last 18 years, I always payed childsupport. Exwife and i don't get along at all. Been divorced for 15 years. Is there anything I should look out for? Do I still have to pay support once he turns 18 and is done with school.

Child support ends when a child turns 18 years of age (19 if still pursuing a HS diploma). Guardianship usually comes with some sort of incapacity. You have mentioned no other factors here relative to that, so I cannot give you a better answer.
