If a bank forcloses on our home. How long do they have to give you before you have to move out?

Wisconsin Home Foreclosures--How Long Can Borrower Continue to Live in Home

The entire foreclosure process usually takes a year or longer, during which time the borrower can continue to occupy the property free of charge. Not knowing which stage your foreclosure is in, I could not estimate when you might have to leave. Any bankruptcy lawyer, however, could quickly and easily research this issue for you. Provided that you are financially able to continue the payments on the property, it is also possible to pull a property out of foreclosure by filing a chapter 13 bankruptcy, which can reinstate your loan.
