Bradley C. Ratliff, Esq. Attorney/Principal Bradley C. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from the Appalachian School of Law. Mr. Ratliff is a lifelong resident of Southwest Virginia. He regularly appears in the state courts in the counties of Tazewell, Buchanan, Russell, Washington, Bristol, and Bland and in Federal Courts in the Western District of Virginia.
