I have experience assisting clients in a variety of areas of law. Currently, most of my caseload involves personal and business finance issues to include stock transfer agreements, buy/sell agreements and bankruptcy filings. I also prepare estate planning documents such and trusts, wills and powers of attorney. Immigration Law helping clients secure Work Visas, entertainment and sport Visas, investment Visas, Naturalization, and Permanent Visas (Green Cards). I assist businesses with creation and dissolution of corporations, LLC's, partnerships, and other business entities as well as buying and selling of businesses, franchises and franchising, contract drafting and review, and setting up and auditing nonprofits to make sure that they stay in compliance with all government rules and regulations. In Construction Law: I take cases involving building defects and mold, construction disputes, construction accidents, zoning disputes, and mechanics liens. In Real Estate, Property, and Housing Law: I review contracts for buying and selling property, zoning issues, nondisclosure issues, land, property, and project development issues, tenant/landlord leases, condominium association issues, foreclosures, mortgages, title and boundary disputes, and eminent domain and condemnations. Specific Experience: I have sucessfully obtained chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcy discharges. I negotiated better rights, benefits and a higher pension for disabled Veterans. I have negotiated the return of a defective vehicles to car dealerships. In the immigration areas, I have worked foriegn adoptions, obtained fiance visas, and obtained work visas. I work with a nonprofit on an ongoing basis making sure that they remain compliant with all State and Federal government regulations. In a Construction Law case, I negotiated a settlement for the government on a large construction project in which the contractor was made to pay for completion of the project because of defective materials used by one of his subcontractors. I represent condominium associations in order to obtain liens for nonpayment of association dues by the condominium owners.
