Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
We had 20 plots of land and while making the map of the plots we referred one of the plots as garden and now the municiple corporation has gained control of that plot and created boundaries along its side. now this plot is used by them for commercial purpose like conducting dandiya and ram leelas over there. we obtained a stay order but nothing happened. they also tried to construct a temple at that place. what should we do.??

Dear Sir / Madam,
You will have to lodge a case of unauthorized encroachment and usurping of your land by the opponents in the High Court, and get a Court order evicting them from your land.
