Legal Question in Consumer Law in India

it would be helpful if you cite the case laws regarding specific performance in terms of buyer and seller
e.g. if A is buyer and enters into a with a seller to take to coffee machines at 500 $ each. One at the time of contract and the other one after two months and there is a rise in the price of coffee machine from 500$ to 600$ the seller should give it at the same price as he is bound by the contract . some case law that the seller did not perform his second part or he increased the price or some thing like this any case.
it would be helpful and i would be obliged.
