Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pakistan
Someone filed an f.i.r against me on money issue. He doesn't have any agreement or proof..I claimed my money from him which I paid via bank transfer and have receipts but he falsely involve me in fir under section 419/420/506 and 25D...what should I do..should I apply for bail...
