hi it doesnt give an option to reply donna so ive had to make a new question, sorry about that by licence i mean in scotland we do half of a custodial sentence and then are released for the other half on licence to witch you can be recalled for however this does not always happen

OK. Yes, not I understand. In this case, the judge may request a pre-sentence order, but this is not guaranteed. I would strongly encourage that you have your defence lawyer request for a pre-sentence order because in most cases the judge does accept the defence lawyer's request for one. With a pre-sentence order, this could help to lessen your sentence and time served.
