Legal Question in Family Law in India

Dear Sir,

I have been living separately from my estranged husband for the past 2.5 years. I have filed for ex-parte divorce. The notice came back undelivered twice from his residence. On the second occasion, the notice came back undelivered and it read - "undelivered left India." The boy has been residing in Europe and it seems that all his family members have left as well.

I want to see some light at the end of this tunnel. Is there any way I can get a divorce decree soon.
