Legal Question in Family Law in India
As per my previous query thanks to all for the advice but I need to ask " If they do not agree by counselling n trust building " n still want me to give them in writing that they will not b held responsible for anything I do then do I hv any way out to this like may b even I ask them to give me n my family in writing that they will not misuse it or something like that. What can b done in such situation where u hv to fulfill the demand also n at the same time u hv to think abt ur safety also. Thanks

It is advisable not to write anything of that sort as it may be used against u in the court of law or otherwise to prove that you are not mentally stable and have suicidal tendencies.
