my wife is staying at her parent house for 20 month with my child who is 19 month old having brain damage....there was a dispute between us ..now she is telling she wants to come to my home ..but as we r staying in joint family with my brother n sister in law n my parents.....so my family member r telling that she should giving in writing on stamp paper that she will live peacefully ...n not trouble any one ..bocz she had 2 to 3 times she had said that I will give up my life�so my family members r afraid of this �so wann inWRITING ON STAMP PAPER from her ����so I just wann to can such thing can me made written on stamp paper..if yes plz guide me

Yes, it can be done. Talk to her and her parents and also make their parents on such MoU or Undertaking.
