i had talked to one of the lawyers here , his name is Fca Prashant Chavan , i told sir that my dad is ill and i had joined a college this september , and i had signed a contract according to which i have to give notice period of 2 months or amount of 21000 , they told me that they will tell me about their decision after 10 days , and sir told me to join them if possible (to serve 2 months notice period) i went there but they said they will tell me only after 29th sept (though i have cancelled my given checques to them) , now sir please tell me should i wait for their decision ??
