i have a patta land in hyderabad and 5 gunta poramboku land beside our land,can i convert it into lavanya patta in my name?

Patta land refers to a lease; a grant or lease specifying the land occupied by a cultivator and the assessment due on it. raju rayitulakicce kavulu. pattadarudu a pattadar, a leaseholder. bilmaktapatta a lease for a gross aggregate rent, one in which the land tax and all other cesses are consolidated. See patta, and pattamu.

Poramboku land refers to Waste land unfit for cultivation, also called sagubadikirani bhumi.

Lavanya Patta means land which is beautiful and graceful as a result of the efforts of the cultivators or tillers of the land.

Yes. You can convert the poramboku land besides your patta land into a lavanya patta.
