when property is acquired by mhada and there is no landlord whom to pay rent

Dear Sir / Madam,
If there are 10 or more tenants in the old building, I recommend you register a Co-operative Housing Society and pay monthly dues to the Society. Should there be less than 10 tenants in the old building, you should pay the monthly rent to MHADA and obtain acknowledgement receipts for payments made from MHADA.
