Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Alabama

Trust, Trustee, executor.

We live in Alabama, and I am speaking for my boyfriend:

His 2 older brothers from his father's previous marriage (different mother) are the Trustees and Executors of the Trust. He was in Alabama for about a week to ''set up'' with all the assets. He took many of their father's guns to put into the Trust fund.

It's been almost exactly a month since their father's death, and there's still no money coming for any of my boyfriend's family. He has 2 younger siblings, one just now starting college, the other is in college in another city. His younger sister had to get 2 student loans to pay for her schooling and books, when the brother said it was going to be taken care of.

We really need to find out if this is legal, and what we should do. He's telling everyone to get jobs as well, so that it'll take less out of the Trust for everyone, even though their father told them SPECIFICALLY before he died, that they need not do that.

Please, message us and we'll go into further detail.
