Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alaska
How much jailtime would i get for felony theft 2nd degree if i have no criminal record im 21 am a single mother and have a new roxycodone addiction. It was a loss of opproximatly $11750 in merchandise and money. There was 9 people involved i was the cashier i do not like the path i am heading on and i need help i just got introduced to the drug about 6 months ago and it has made me do things i dont wanna do. What will i be facing?
