i have custody of my son now and his dad is asking 50/50 and we cant talk he wont listen he has never watch my son alone he is always with his fiances. His attorney i a mean one and is trying everything so he gets 50/50 i dont do what to do im trying to fight the case but i dont know what to do.

If you have primary physical custody at present, and your child's father is asking for a change, so that he gets 50% custody, he must be alleging a change in circumstances since the time of the original custody order. What change in circumstances is he alleging?
