Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arizona

I have a friend that was recently arrested. He was charged with 1 felony count of sexual public indecency - 2 felony counts of child molestation - 1 felony count of attempted child molestation - 1 felony count of endargenment of a child. What would happen if he is found guilty of these crimes?? Is he elegible for probation if found guilty since he does not have prior criminal history??

If your friend is convicted, he is looking at mandatory prison time; and a lot at that. This is because some of these offenses are known as Dangerous Crimes Against Children. I have defended dozens of these charges over the years and have had excellent results. The key is a very thorough defense. This can be very time consuming, and sometimes, expensive, but with the stakes being so high, you need to put in the time, effort and resources. If you are seeking to hire private counsel, feel free to contact me at (six zero two) two two two - nine two three seven.
