Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Starting in the summer of 2009 in Aberdeen,SD Leighann had been caught committing adultery numerous times and from then on the realationship was over. I moved in with my brother and i would have the children quite often. I was also enrolling myself into school in Sioux Falls,SD for Computer Technology. I left for Sioux Falls in Sept. 2009 where i stayed until Oct.2009 when i moved back because i didnt have a place to live and i had no money or a job. Leighann was in and out of new realationships whereas i stayed single. I moved back into the house with Leighann and the kids so that i could pay bills and watch kids while she was gone. I got a job working construction for K and J construction and Leighann was working as a stripper at the Pirates Cove. In Jan.2010 our house had caught on fire and we lost everything. Insurance paid for our house to be redone and put us into a apartment for the time being. Leighann moved out and into a house with a new boyfriend in March 2010. At that time the insurance stopped paying for the apartment and i was staying at all my different friends houses until the house was done being fixed. Leighann was watching boys most of the time because i didnt have a place to really watch the kids. Around August 2010 the contractor pretty much quit work on my house with it being about 75% complete so i moved in anyway even though there was no furnace or water. I began watching the kids a lot more and i met my present girlfriend Alizabeth who began helping me pay for bills and watch my kids. I now only had a part time job grossing about $350/biweekly. I slowly was getting behind on all my bills because of not making enough. My car was repossesed and the house was about to get foreclosed on. In Jan.2011 i had gotten a construction job in Pueblo,CO so leighann had the boys. I continued to work in CO until May 2011 when i decided that i wasnt getting any closer to a stable life for my boys so Liz and I moved to Tempe,AZ where my parents lived where i figured i could get on my feet so that i could have my kids live with me. We lived at my parents house and i got my boys in June 2011 where they stayed till July 2011. I june 2011 i had gotten a job for the city of tempe as a groundskeeper. We now have gotten into our own apartment bought a new car and have had a steady job for nearly a year. The agreement i had with Leighann was that when the boys got out of school i would get them and return them right before the start of school but as time is getting closer to my turn to have the boys she keeps changing the date of when i can get them because she wants the summer with them after already having them for the school year. I want to have a set date right after school ends and christmas vacation when i can get my kids without Leighann shortening the time and i also want to be divorced. There is no custody order at this time but there is a child support court ordered because the kids have medicaid so the state and Leighann got me for 2 years back child support, which i couldnt fight cause i didn't have the time or money.
