Legal Question in Employment Law in Arizona

Got a oth discharge from the army for going awol, before I enilisted I was employed at ups, before I decided to go awol to save my relationship - marriage - I spoke with my old supervisor at ups who informed me that I would be hired back regardless my discharge. When i returned from getting discharged they fired me. The state is AZ. Is there anything I can do?
