transfer of property with in family

I am the owner of 5 acres I wish to put in my brothers name. He is married and I want to have it done so in case he divorces the property will not be in dispute and will remain his alone. How do I do this?

The safest way to do this is through an attorney, probably to deed it to him as a married man, dealing with his sole and separate property, and have his wife sign a disclaimer deed, with all deeds in proper form. See an attorney.
