Legal Question in Traffic Law in Arizona

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU FIGHT A PHOTO SPEEDING TICKET WHEN THE PERSON IN THE PHOTO IS DIFFERENT THAN THE NAME ON THE TICKET? I WANT TO FIGHT A FEW SPEEDING TICKETS THAT WERE CAUGHT BY CAMERA BECAUSE THE PERSON IN THE PICTURE IS NOT THE PERSON REGISTERED TO THE RENT-A-CAR \"on the ticket\". THE PERSON IN THE PHOTO IS MALE AND THE CAR IS REGISTERED TO A FEMALE. I WANT TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SAY \'IT\'S NOT ME\" IN CORT. WILL I BE ASKED ANYTIME \"WHO IS THE PERSON IN THE PICTURE?\" OR ANY OTHER QUESTIONS SIMILAR? DOES THE TICKET NEED TO GO TO SOMEONE OR WILL IT BE THROW IN THE TRASH?

Speeding tickets are issued against the driver of the vehicle at the time, not the owner of the vehicle. You will not be able to get out of them by saying it's not registered to you. If you are the person in the picture, you will be convicted.
