Legal Marriage?
I got married in the Bahamas to a Bahamian. I never sent a marriage certificate to the US...where I am a resident and a citizen. Is the marriage legal in the US?

The marriage is legal here if it was legal there. Residency has nothing to do with marriage. Intent is what determines residency. Where do you live most of the time? Where do you vote? What drivers' licence do you have? Etc.
