You could spend a lot of money making a big fuss for the sake of notoriety, but that's on the theory of: "anybody can sue anybody for anything", on the theory of using lawsuits to extort defendants. Pursuing and winning a meritorious claim is an entirely different issue. The US Supreme Court tells us that the 1st Amendment to the Constitution is a guarantee of our right "...peaceably to assemble...", meaning we can set up groups with whom we want to associate, without having uninvited parties, government or private, be able to force themselves on us; modern revisionist 'liberal theology' to the contrary notwithstanding.
