Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

My sisteris 50 with an child with Autism and she has lived with my mom for 2 years and my mom is a senior and is afraid that my sister might try to harm her. The son has been violent with my mom before. My mom use to only take 1 medication for her blood pressure now she takes 5. My sisters name is noton my moms lease how can we get her out? We already changed the locks.

The mother can file an eviction proceeding, and should use an eviction service or attorney to do so correctly and successfully.

The mother could also seek restraining orders with move out protective orders if there is a threat or fear of abuse, violence, financial fraud, etc. She should get legal assistance in that as well, because it is not the typical run of the mill restraining order she is seeking.
