Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

Government Agencies

What recourse is there when a government agency has performed an incompetent and bias investigation, or refused to investigate at all? Can they be sued in a court of law? Also, can I sue my Union?

Re: Government Agencies

Your question is way to vague. The government has much more leeway than private individuals or companies. If you wish, you could email me more facts and I can give you better feedback.

Or you can call me at 925-924-0100
