Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

sex/race discrimination

durning the final interview i was told by store manager that by using company name: this company does not pay the salary i ws asking for..we only pay this kind of salary to senoir managment and not the sales associates..year later i find out that other people in the comapy were hired after i was hired with same or less experience were offerd higher salaries than i was offered and asked for..i filed a compliant with eeoc and they dismissed on the ground that there were diffrent people involved on hiring and that i had opprutunity to negotiate and i excepted their offer therefore it is not illegel..but i can file suit in court..what and how do i go about persueing this matter can u help?
