Legal Question in DUI Law in California
Dui
The police said that he stopped me for expired license plate, but gave ticket for DUI.
The ticket also states that the violation is not committed in his presence, and is declared on information and belief.
Basically he was parking close to the bar and looking for people coming out and driving.
I did have a drink, and the test showed a 0.08 alcohol level.
Can I fight this ticket on my own successfully?
