Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I got a DUI about 6 weeks ago, i'm 45 years old and have not had any prior arrests. I was not driving when they arrested me, in a private parking area, I did have the keys in the ignition, I had been there for two hours already. Do I have any options?

You should retain an attorney. If you were in a parking lot and not driving the car you would have a defense. To determine the best approach in presenting your defense you need to discuss the facts with an attorney.
