Cummunity Property

Is a business which is registered as an S Corp part of cummunity property in California? This business was started during our marriage.

My name is not on the corporate papers.

I am concerned that there are some business decisions I am not at all comfortable with, such as a business partner I do not approve of.

Even if you husband's share of the business is community property, you would have no authority to make decisions or take part in making decisions.
