Who has the final say on giving a baby up for adoption?

My ex-girlfriend is having a baby of which I am the father. She initially said she wanted to give it up for adoption, now she is changing her mind. I supported her initial decision fully. Do I have any say in this matter as the father?

The only say you have is whether you will agree with her to give the child up for adoption. If she choses to keep the child you cannot veto this decision.
