Can a finalized divorce overturned due to wrong court venue in California?

If you responded and litigated the divorce case in the wrong venue, you waived challenging venue later. You have to challenge venue based on "wrong venue" grounds at the outset.

Mr. Roach is right on this one, BUT if you mean wrong jurisdiction or lack of jurisdiction, then it is another story. Failure of jurisdiction is never waived and can be raised for the first time on appeal.
