Legal Question in Family Law in California

My ex and i were ordered to mediation to settle the custody of our daughter. The information i had brought about the care of our daughter while in the hands of my ex, she had denied and the mediator keep telling me i was lying. i felt everything i said my ex denied and the mediator believed her. what can i do or what do i do?

Mediaiton is just one step of custody litigation, if you do not agree to the mediated order you can go to a judicial custody conference and eventually a trial. There are many steps before a custody order becomes permanent.
